Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager at Vue Swiss, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion strategy. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our brand's presence in the market. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, shape the future of our brand, and transition into a higher-level position as you help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Building: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, suppliers, and distributors to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, utilizing various digital marketing channels.

Growth Strategy: Collaborate with our team to generate innovative ideas and strategies for growth. This includes creating creative marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other sales channels.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships and successful collaborations.

Regulatory Research: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and rules. Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance and minimize regulatory risks. 

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Profound understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Meta and other - major ad platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
