Vue Swiss ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://vueswiss.com website. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to protect each other and to set expectations for our service.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipments within Europe are handled by PostNL or Asendia, while deliveries to the United Kingdom are managed by Royal Mail.
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be provided. Tracking information is based on the latest updates available from the selected shipping carrier.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to Europe and the Middle East from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 3.9€ (£3.5) per order. For some destinations farther from our warehouse, shipping costs may vary slightly. We offer free shipping on orders over 30€ (£30). Once your order reaches this amount, no shipping fees will apply.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
EU Shipping
Please note our shipping offer is valid in all regions except Moldova, where standard shipping is unavailable. For orders shipping to Moldova, only FedEx Express is available, and additional costs may apply.
UK Shipping
Delivery time might be 4 or 5 days longer if the address is on offshore islands of the UK. These islands include (but are not limited to):
Shetland Island, Orkney Island, Outer Hebrides, Inner Hebrides, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight
If these delivery times are exceeded, please email us at support@vueswiss.com so that we can carry out an investigation.
UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar Shipping
Additional fees for local delivery may apply and are determined by the respective postal services, including Emirates Post and Saudi Post. These charges may vary based on the destination, package weight, and any applicable customs or handling fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by local postal authorities, and we recommend reviewing local delivery policies for further details.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE / UPDATE
For delivery address changes, adjustments can be made at any time before the order is processed and shipped.

Include your order number and the correct shipping address in the email body.
An order is considered processed once you receive the shipping confirmation.
If the order has already been processed, we must wait for the item to be returned to us by the postal services before reshipping it to you.
In the event a package is sent to an incorrect address due to a customer-entered shipping error, it cannot be refunded if lost. However, we will resend it at no additional cost.
MISSING ITEMS
If you receive your order and an item is missing, please follow these steps:

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations can be processed at any time before the order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions on how to proceed with returns and refunds.
