Frequently Asked Questions
Instructions are provided on the back of our packaging. For a more detailed guide, check out the step-by-step video on our product page under the "How to Use" tab. It walks you through the application process to help you get the best results.
The nose patches work over time to draw out sebum, impurities, and excess oil, progressively unclogging pores and making them less visible. While some people notice a change right away, others may see a difference after a few uses. That's why we recommend using the patches at least three times before claiming the money-back guarantee if no improvements are noticed.
Even if the patch looks clear, it’s still working to remove impurities and excess sebum. Some buildup may take multiple uses to surface, so we recommend using the patches at least three times to allow them to fully draw out what’s trapped in your pores.
Hydrocolloid is a safe ingredient that has been widely used in skincare and wound healing for the past two decades. However, we understand that every skin type is unique and while rare, some reactions can occur with any skincare product.
If you experience irritation or redness after using our patches or skincare products, remove the patch or stop using the product and rinse your skin with water. Avoid applying harsh skincare products such as exfoliants, retinoids, or acids on the affected area until your skin calms down.
If your skin is sensitive, consider doing a patch test before applying a new product to a larger area. If the reaction persists or worsens, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a dermatologist.
