Please do not return your package without first contacting our team at support@vueswiss.com or filling out the form on our money-back guarantee page. We’re unable to process returns or refunds without prior approval.

How to claim the money-back guarantee
- Visit our Money-Back Guarantee page and fill out the form.
- Submit your request between 30 and 60 days after delivery to be eligible.
- Give the product a fair trial. Use it consistently for at least one month to see the benefits. Since every skin type is different, results may take time to appear.
- Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond shortly.

Refund processing for the money-back guarantee
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit card providers may take up to 10 days to finalize the transaction.
- Refunds apply to products that have been correctly used and tested.
- If you have unused products, contact our Customer Support Team at support@vueswiss.com for return instructions.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage for products is the customer’s responsibility.
- Incomplete or unclear submissions may not be accepted. Please make sure your form is filled out correctly and all the necessary steps are being followed to be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
If you wish to return some or all of the products from your order, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@vueswiss.com. They will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions for completing your return.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, which are non-refundable. Once you have shipped your parcel, please share a photo of the postage receipt or the tracking number so our team can verify and monitor the return.
For orders valued over 75€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
After we receive and inspect the returned products, the refundable amount (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to finalize the refund.
We understand that you may sometimes wish to exchange a product for a different item. Exchanges are available for products that are unused and returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
To initiate an exchange:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the parcel to the provided address. Once shipped, please send our team a photo of the postage receipt or the tracking number.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, which are non-refundable. Exchanged products must be unused, in their original condition, and in unopened packaging to qualify.
If you wish to cancel your order for an immediate refund, please follow these steps:
- Act quickly
Orders must be canceled before they are processed. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, and processing typically takes about 24 hours. An order is considered processed once you receive the shipping confirmation. - Contact Customer Support

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support. Email support@vueswiss.com with a photo of the damaged product and indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
- Receive return instructions. Our team will share the return shipping address and any additional steps.
- Return the product. Ship the damaged item back to us. The package will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the damage.
- Refund or replacement. Once the damage is verified, we will issue your refund or send a replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: If the outer box is damaged during transit, the patches inside are not considered compromised unless the sealed packaging inside the box is also damaged.
If you received the wrong product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support. Email support@vueswiss.com with a photo of the product(s) you received so we can verify the issue.
- Return instructions. Once your claim is approved, we will provide a return shipping address. The cost of returning the incorrect product will be covered by us.
- Provide proof of shipment. After sending the product back, please share a photo of the postage receipt or tracking number.
- Replacement shipment. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will promptly send the correct product.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing it, please contact support@vueswiss.com, and we will investigate using the tracking information.
External factors such as strikes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally delay shipping. During such times, tracking updates may be slow to appear. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable mailbox, we will contact you to obtain the correct address and reship the item.
If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, we will guide you on how to arrange a second delivery with your local carrier or post office.
We are committed to helping you receive your order and will take all reasonable steps to resolve delivery issues. If a parcel is returned as unclaimed, please provide your correct shipping address so we can arrange a new delivery.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Items on sale are refunded at the price of the sale period and not at the normal rate.
